SIEM REAP, December 3, 2011 LAND MINE MUSEUM

We hired a van with driver for $45 for the day so that all 8 of us could travel together.

Making Palm sugar.  The palm juice is cooked until it browns and thicken

Once the palm juice becomes thick fudge, it is lace in circles on palm leaves to make one inch round fudge candies.

All the ladies in the neighborhood are in the same business because there are several palm trees in this area
